MARINAINN-1 CHEAP AND BEST HOTEL:                                             http://www.marinainnsd.com

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina Inn & Suites in .  Aside from the comfortable room and friendly staff, the hotel location was one of the best features!  We were minutes away from downtown, the airport, the beaches and more.  The front desk staff was very helpful in helping us plan a day trip to Sea World, assisting us in getting discounted tickets, park information and even helping us organize transportation.  My kids will always remember Shamu and the penguins, but my husband and I will remember the quality service and friendly atmosphere that we found at .  We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to beautiful .   I highly recommend booking directly with them online – their website is http://www.marinainnsd.com.

On our recent trip to , the San Diego Zoo was high on our list of places to visit.  The staff not only assisted us in purchasing tickets and figuring out how to get there, they also had tons of recommendations on how to plan our day, restaurants to eat at and things to check out in neighborhoods near the zoo.  They were very helpful and definitely made our stay a more pleasant one.  The San Diego Zoo itself was also a wonderful experience - we saw rare giant pandas, cuddly looking koalas, reptiles … we hope to return to soon!  When we do, we’ll be sure to stay at the again.  I advise calling them directly - we got an amazing deal for weekend stay by calling their 800 number (1-800-571-2933).

My wife and I recently took a vacation down to sunny to visit our daughter and her husband.  We had never been to , and we were skeptical that we would be able to find a reasonable rate for a hotel in the area we were interested in.  We wanted to be near the airport and downtown, but close enough to walk to the waterfront – and all at a reasonable price!  We found the (http://www.marinainnsd.com) and we’re convinced that we could not have stayed at a better facility.  There were lots of great restaurants nearby.   The room was clean, and quiet, despite the proximity to the train tracks.  The front desk people were very helpful, and never ran out of ideas for activities and sights to see.  Our favorite was the USS Midway, which is now like a floating museum – there was lots to see and explore, and a lot of history to learn!  Luckily the staff had informational pamphlets and a lot of insight and enthusiasm.  We had a lovely vacation, thanks in no small part to the .

Coming to for the first time, our stay at the (http://www.marinainnsd.com), was as pleasurable as the first night at the Holiday Inn Express, but only less expensive and a better view. If you are like me I enjoy the simple things in life, and the was very simple and cozy. The best part was the cool ocean breeze that came in the windows early in the morning, and the very accommodating staff. Monish is the Assistant Manger and was extremely welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for any first time out of town visitors looking to save money on hotels and spend it elsewhere....you'll definitely get more that what you pay for!!
